When these expectations aren't met things fall apart that should not, co workers need to have a bond with each other to demonstrate the kids how they need to have bonds with each other as well. I have weekly meeting making sure everything is in order and expectations are met.

When expectations aren't met, the children suffer, we suffer. It's possible to dampen the center and the classroom by not being professional. Things aren't going to planned as well, people won't be in a good mood, and children won't respond well. I would demonstrate professionalism as best as I could. I would also go out of my way to support my staff and the children. I would visit classrooms, offer to give breaks when needed, gently correct unwanted behaviors, and go out of my way to spoil staff.

People will think you are sloppy and unprofessional. By setting examples, engaging my employees during meetings to help show them what is out there and available, and even setting things up as a group so that it is easier for others to go when they may have an otherwise hard time going by themselves.
