Common Questions and Comments

"But how do we stop ACEs in the first place?"
-Shaquilla
Preventing or stopping ACEs has a lot to do with quality connections between children and adults. If you would like to know more about how to prevent ACEs I highly recommend that you enroll in the next two components that we offer about ACEs named ACEs and The Brain and ACEs and Trauma Informed Practice.

"I know the trainer said not to diagnose anyone but what is the point of the training then?"
-Bridgette

Just because a person has a health condition it doesn't mean that they definitely experienced ACEs. Instead it is important to reverse that thinking and spread awareness of ACEs and the long-term effects.
